Martinaki Sofia

Sofia Martinaki is a clinical social worker MSc, PhD, PostDoc and has been working at the 1^st Psychiatric Clinic of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens-Eginitio Hospital, since 1990. She is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Work of University of West Attica. She is also teaching in postgraduate programs of Medical School of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

She has been trained in Cognitive Psychotherapy and Trauma Therapy with the EMDR method. She has written a book, edited collective volumes, translated scientific books in Greek and also has several scientific publications in magazines and collective volumes. She participates in international and Greek conferences and workshops. She is a reviewer of Psychiatry research journal. She has been awarded for her professional and scientific work.
