Venetia – Anna (Veny) Lampropoulou is a clinical social worker with postgraduate studies (MSc) in special education. She is a certified psychotherapist/family therapist and a trained mediator. For many years she worked with people with disabilities and their families, providing diagnostic services for psychosocial needs, counseling and treatment. Has participated in the planning, coordination and management of operational programs and community initiatives for training, integration and reintegration into the labor market of persons with disabilities. She is a founding member of the Research Laboratory in Counseling, Psychosocial Support and Community Interventions of the Department, regular member of the LGBTQI+ Research Network of the Applied Psychology Laboratory of Panteion University and a member of the Unified Register of Assessors of professional training programs of the Ministry of Labor. She also works as a freelancer offering diagnostic, counseling and treatment services to individuals, couples, groups and families and is a supervisor of professional social workers.
She is a regular member of the Association of Social Workers of Greece (SKLE) and the Hellenic Society of Systemic Therapy (ELESYTH).
